TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Packages are valid from 1 January 2009 to 31 March 2010.
2. All rates are Singapore dollars, inclusive of 10% service charge, 10% prevailing Indonesian government tax unless otherwise stated.
3. Please note that passport must have minimum six (6) months validity from date of travel as per Indonesia Immigration requirement.
4. Golfers must hold a current handicap card or indicate average score for 18 holes upon booking.
5. Golf packages offered for weekdays and weekends are defined as per day of hotel stay.
6. Golf packages rates will be revised accordingly if the ferry related charges are changed by Bintan Resort Ferries.
7. There will be an additional S$3 charge for FCA and S$2 for Indonesia Departure Tax for all golf packages.
8. There will be S$50 surcharge based on weekend rates if the booking of package falls on Singapore Public holidays.
9. “Classic Paradise” and “Royale Paradise” packages are not applicable during the period of Bintan Triathlon.
10. Bookings are subjected to availability. Sequence of golf play cannot be changed upon confirmation of booking.
11. Full Day course closure schedules:
    a. Mondays (Ian Baker-Finch Woodlands course 18-holes); and
    b. Tuesday (Jack Nicklaus Sea View course 18-holes).
    c. Both courses will be opened for play on Singapore Public Holiday that falls on Monday or Tuesday
12. Clubhouse reserves the right on course assignment and pairing of golfers.
13. It is the golfer’s responsibility to apply Visa-On-Arrival or entry visa into Indonesia (if applicable).
14. 13. Complete passport details as below must be provided upon reservation.
    Name in Full (as in Passport) / Passport No / Date of Expiry / Date of Birth / Nationality
    Boarding passes cannot be generated with incomplete information.
15. Ferry boarding passes to be collected at Bintan Resort Ferry Counter at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal at least 1 hour prior to ferry departure time.
16. 15. No rain check policy for all packages. Bintan Lagoon Resort Golf does not make any refund for the golfing fees once the golfer has teed off, if the round is not completed or if the course is closed for inclement weather and golfer does not want to continue play when the course re-opens.
17. With effect from 16th December 2006, the Indonesian Departure of Transportation has introduced a Sea Port / Departure Tax of S$2.00 for every passenger (including infants) departing from Bandar Bintan Telani (BBT) Ferry Terminal from Bintan Resorts.

19. Bintan Resort Ferries and Bintan Lagoon Resort Clubhouse terms and conditions apply.

1. Independent travelers’ bookings are to be guaranteed by credit card (as per booking form) upon reservation.
2. Bintan Lagoon Resort requires 50% deposit payment upon confirmation of booking and balance payment to be settled at least 14 days prior to departure date for group bookings of 4 flights and above.

AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Independent Traveler
   a. Amendment(s) received within 72hrs of day of departure will be subjected to S$5nett per amendment
   b. Cancellations with 72hrs notice and less / no-show: Full golf / event package cost
2. For Groups
   a. Amendment received 7 working days before day of departure will be subject to S$6nett per amendment
   b. Amendments refer to changes in date and time only. Change of names is considered as cancellation, is subjected to full ferry ticket charge
3. Cancellation
   a. Upon confirmation: 50% cancellation charge of the total golf arrangements / event cost
   b. 14 days prior to event / no-show / shortening of stay: Full cancellation charge of the total golf arrangements / event cost

   Visa fees are USD10 up to 7 days stay and USD25 for 8-30 days stay. VOA fees are payable upon embarkation. A charge of USD20 per day will be imposed for overstay. VOA is not extendable and cannot be used for employment purposes.
