• Reservations will be held till 1600 hrs of the day of arrival unless otherwise advised
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax
• Late cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice or no-show will be charged one-night penalty
• Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank
• Guarantee Policy: Credit Card Guarantee Required
• Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation charges, booking must be cancelled before 4pm local hotel time 3 days prior to arrival date
