Villa Types
The resort features 3 types of villas: Angsoka (sea view / non sea view), Buganvil and Cempaka. All villas are air-conditioned and feature fully equipped kitchens, golf buggy, television and entertainment (CD/DVD) systems.
ANGSOKA VILLAS – Average land size: 2200sqm

Angsoka villas are the largest (4-5 bedrooms over two floors) and are the only villa type with a private swimming pool. For this reason, they are highly sought after. Angsoka villas have two sub-categories, according to the view (sea and non-sea-view). Sea-view villas feature sweeping views over the 2km white sands of Pasir Panjang Beach. Non sea-view villas are located on elevated land, and offer no direct sea view or access, but have a pleasant garden outlook.
Annualized average nett distribution from rental pool Angsoka villas, after monthly maintenance fees of S$1,600, utilities and sales costs, approximates to S$4,450 per month. Non sea-view villas offer an annualized average nett monthly distribution of S$2,500. |

The villa has two terraced / balcony areas – the ground floor overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens, as well as on the second level, off the relaxation area.

Featuring two levels and four bedrooms, the spacious living area and separate dining area caters to family groups and couples traveling together. The Cempaka villas offer spacious living and dining areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are ideally designed for smaller traveling families.
